Software & AI Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on Software & AI Implementation Specialist to own the technology side of our business — from evaluating and rolling out new software to developing AI-powered tools that make our operations faster and smarter.

• Implement construction and business software (project management, estimating, scheduling, accounting integrations, field reporting, etc.)
• Lead configuration, data migration, and rollout of new platforms
• Train staff on new tools and create simple documentation and guides
• Maintain and improve existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and serve as internal tech support escalation

• Identify repetitive, high-friction workflows across different departments and find ways to automate them
• Develop and deploy AI tools using platforms
• Build automations that connect systems
• Stay current on AI tools relevant to the construction industry and bring actionable recommendations to leadership
• Measure the impact of tools built and iterate based on real-world feedback

• Experience implementing and supporting business software or technology platforms
• Hands-on experience building automations or AI-assisted workflows
• Comfortable connecting systems and working with integrations between software platforms
• Ability to translate operational pain points into practical technology solutions without requiring extensive technical guidance
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and training non-technical staff on new systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to document processes and present recommendations clearly to leadership
