Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI semantic models
- Perform hands‑on data analysis
- Develop Power BI reports and dashboards
- Translate business questions and requirements into analytical logic and visualizations
- Lead the consolidation and rationalization of existing reports
- Partner with IT and data engineering teams
- Support and guide business users in a self‑service analytics environment
- Conduct in‑person working sessions to gather requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of hands‑on experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting roles
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI
- Strong data analysis skills
- Solid SQL experience
- Experience designing clean, scalable data models
- Familiarity with governed self‑service analytics and Citizen IT models in Power BI
- Excellent communication skills
