Senior AI & Analytics Enablement Strategist
CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading automotive distribution organization to find a Senior AI & Analytics Enablement Strategist for their advanced analytics team, based in Deerfield Beach, FL (hybrid). This organization has invested heavily in forecasting, optimization, and machine learning capabilities — and now needs someone who can turn those investments into everyday decisions. You'll work directly with data science leadership and business executives to make sure powerful analytics tools actually get used, trusted, and governed as adoption scales across the company.
What You'll Do:
- Lead enablement across business groups — training, coaching, and workshop follow-through on ML models, forecasts, and optimization outputs
- Translate complex data science outputs into language executives and frontline teams can act on
- Act as a credible, leadership-facing advocate for AI and analytics products, framing them around business decisions and P&L impact
- Build reusable playbooks, model interpretation guides, and enablement templates
- Coordinate across data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders to track adoption and manage dependencies
- Support governance of outputs — data quality, model governance, and responsible-use practices as usage scales
- Secure executive sponsorship for sustained, governed adoption
- Own the follow-through that turns a one-time training into lasting behavior change
Requirements:
What You Bring:
- Must-Have: 6–10 years in consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery, advising and enabling business users on AI, analytics, or data products
- Demonstrated success driving adoption of data science, advanced analytics, or AI outputs in a business setting
- Ability to interpret and clearly explain ML outputs — forecasts, optimization results, statistical findings — to non-technical audiences without misrepresenting them
- Strong facilitation and consulting skills — running workshops, mapping decisions, translating outputs into adopted actions
- Excellent stakeholder communication; comfortable operating in a leadership-facing capacity with executives and frontline users alike
- Experience building training content, documentation, and reusable resources that scale self-service
- Working knowledge of data governance, data quality, model governance, and responsible-use practices
- Nice-to-Have:
Comfort using AI tools to code (Python, SQL) enough to explore data or validate outputs — not required - Prior Center of Excellence or enablement-function experience scaling analytics/AI enterprise-wide
- Familiarity with the Microsoft AI/analytics stack (Fabric, Power BI, Azure ML, Azure AI Foundry, Purview)
- Experience partnering with data science teams on demand forecasting, optimization, or supply chain AI
- Automotive, distribution, supply chain, or field-operations domain experience
- Current Microsoft certifications (PL-300, AI-900, DP-600, DP-100, or AI-102)
Technical Environment:
Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure ML, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Purview
What Success Looks Like:
- Governed adoption playbooks and enablement assets in active use across business groups within 3–6 months
- Measurable executive sponsorship secured for at least one major analytics/AI initiative
- A growing, self-sufficient community of model consumers requiring less hand-holding over time
