DURATION: 12 Month C2H Job Description

• Help lead AI enablement across business groups: training, coaching, and workshop follow-through that converts interest into active, governed usage.
• Consult with business stakeholders: map processes and recommend the right intelligent-automation solution in language executives and end users both understand.
• Build reusable assets: playbooks, prompt and skill libraries, templates, and accelerators that grow a self-sufficient maker community.
• Coordinate delivery across the AI portfolio: partner with solution owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to track progress, manage dependencies, facilitate follow-ups, and support project management activities across AI agents, automation solutions, and adoption initiatives.
• Support governance and safe scaling: usage and adoption reporting, quality, and compliance as the maker community grows.
• 6 10 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery, with a proven track record advising and enabling non-technical business users on productivity or automation tools.
• Demonstrated success driving adoption of AI in a business setting.
• Strong facilitation and consulting skills: running workshops, mapping processes, and translating business needs into practical, adopted AI solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication; credible with both executives and frontline users.
• Experience building training content, documentation, and reusable resources that scale self-service.
• Working knowledge of AI governance, data security, and responsible-use practices.
