Location:
Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid 3/2)
Duration: 6+ months contract
Compensation: $70.00 - $80.00/hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Security, Technology, & Operations team seeks an organizational change management manager to develop change management capabilities for projects and initiatives with the goal of maximizing adoption of delivered technologies. The manager will work alongside the Organizational Change Management teams to manage awareness, communication, training and learning, and adoption strategies and tactics for several ITS initiatives.
Qualifications- Advanced skills in developing communications to guide change
- Prosci Certification, Change Management Certified Professional (CCMP) from ACMP, or other accredited organizations or degrees
- Experience developing effective strategies for change management, communications, instructional design, training, and process improvement
- Proven track record of successfully leading organizational change initiatives and driving positive outcomes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Strong facilitation skills, capable of leading productive discussions and workshops with diverse audiences
- Strong consultation, analytics and conflict resolution skills
