Compensation: $70.00 - 74.00/hr W2

The Org Design Portfolio Manager will be responsible for high-level oversight of all project tasks assigned to business unit core program teams. This role will keep the OD core teams accountable for their deliverables and assists the OD Change Leader and OD Director to succeed in Org Design Office delivery and value realization of the OD portfolio. This role keeps the OD portfolio on track by managing schedules, file libraries, and internal team resource availability, as well as setting and tracking portfolio metrics for executive summaries.
- Participate and be a thought partner with the program teams
- Schedule and coordinate calendars/availability of program office and stakeholders
- Create and Send out Agenda Items for Program Mtgs &/or Co-Sponsor Mtgs (24hrs)
- Support and Update OD team members with Task Status
- Manage and Organize shared collaboration tools (i.e. SharePoint)
- Formalize and Ensure Action Items in the RAID Log are up to date
- Create & update Cadence Mtg Log
- Assist with Financial Planning and Vendor management as needed
