Sodexo Corporate Services is hiring a General Manager 5 for its JMFE account in Deerfield Beach, FL
. This hands‑on leadership role oversees daily operations for a high‑profile corporate services account, driving operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction and team development. The General Manager will lead a large team while fostering a strong partnership with the client and ensuring service expectations are consistently exceeded and business objectives achieved. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills, strong business acumen and the ability to analyze financial results, identify opportunities and implement strategic action plans.

• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client, ensuring service delivery consistently meets or exceeds expectations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and excellence.
• Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, analyzing results, and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient execution, exceptional service, and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Establish priorities, delegate responsibilities, and provide strategic direction to support a high‑performing operation.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance service quality, client satisfaction, and overall performance.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience with demonstrated success leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
