Facilities Manager

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a sports and entertainment venue serving families, teams, and community groups. Responsible for managing venue operations, restaurant activities, staff scheduling, customer experience, events, and team bookings while ensuring a safe, welcoming, and profitable environment.

• Lead daily operations across the sports-entertainment facility and restaurant.
• Manage scheduling for sports teams, leagues, tournaments, parties, private events, and general facility use.
• Oversee restaurant operations, including staffing, service, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise venue and restaurant staff.
• Coordinate with teams, families, coaches, event organizers, and community groups.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and guest areas are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory, expenses, and overall operating performance.
• Develop and implement procedures that improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Coordinate special events, tournaments, birthday parties, and other group activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food-service, and facility regulations.
• Build relationships with local teams, organizations, and community partners.
• Provide leadership across all departments and serve as the primary point of contact for overall venue operations.
