Master Scheduler I or IILEVEL IEstimated annual base pay: $62,000(minimum) - $80,000(midpoint) - $99,000(maximum)
LEVEL II Estimated annual base pay: $72,000(minimum) - $93,000(midpoint) - $115,000(maximum)

LEVEL I:

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Development:
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet operational requirements

Coordination with Teams:
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather necessary information for accurate scheduling.

Monitoring and Updating Schedules:
Regularly monitor manufacturing adherence to plan and update schedules to reflect any changes or delays.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze scheduling data and prepare reports to assist management in decision making processes.

Resource Allocation Support:
Assist in the allocation of resources to optimize productivity and meet production schedules.

Production Planning:
Develops and maintains production schedules to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of products.

Demand Management:
Aligns and recommends master production schedules that align with the supply plan Resource Allocation:
Efficiently assigns resources, including labor and materials, to optimize production processes.

Inventory Management:
Monitors inventory levels and coordinates with manufacturing to ensure a schedule that optimizes stock levels and shop floor execution.

Data Analysis:
Utilizes data analysis tools to interpret scheduling data and identify areas for improvement.

Software Proficiency:
Demonstrates expertise in Epicor scheduling software and enterprise resource planning

Problem Solving:
Identifies scheduling conflicts and implements effective solutions to minimize disruptions.

Communication

Skills:

Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and clear understanding of schedules.

Attention to Detail:
Maintains accuracy in scheduling documentation and monitoring to prevent errors.

Time Management:
Prioritizes tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain smooth production workflows.

Successful candidates typically have:
