This is a full-time, on-site Marketing and Public Relations Specialist role based in Deerfield Beach, FL. The specialist will plan and execute marketing and PR campaigns that promote the show, its host, and featured experts across TV and digital channels. Daily responsibilities include drafting press releases, media pitches, and promotional copy while coordinating with internal production and creative teams. The role also involves conducting market research, tracking campaign performance, and maintaining relationships with media outlets, partners, and sponsors.
The specialist will support event promotions, manage press inquiries, assist with audience engagement initiatives, and ensure brand consistency across all communications.
- Strong communication skills, including clear writing, persuasive messaging, and professional interpersonal communication.
- Experience with market research, audience insights, and data-informed campaign planning.
- Background in sales support or partnership development, including outreach and relationship management.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with brand goals and audience growth objectives.
- Working with news journals and platforms to build media trust
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with entertainment or media industries, including TV or digital content, is preferred.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, basic analytics tools, and standard office software; experience with PR or email marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
