Triage Nurse RN - Primary Care

Job Overview

Hourly Pay Range: $33.96 - $52.64. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Job Title:

Registered Nurse – Primary Care PEDS. Full Time (40 hours per week)

Hours:

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday to Friday. Required travel to other sites based upon department.

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Perform phone triage, review test results, medication refills, and prior authorizations.
• Convey plans of care and provide patient education/teaching.
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record.

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of nursing required.
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
• 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required.
