This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Deerfield Beach, FL, for an Associate Development Manager. The Associate Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development projects. Key responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, managing timelines and budgets, analyzing project feasibility, ensuring compliance with regulations, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Analytical and problem‑solving skills for conducting feasibility studies and addressing project‑related challenges.
• Knowledge of real estate development processes, regulatory compliance, and housing policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, urban planning, business administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in real estate development or a similar field is highly desirable.
