Chemist R&D, Intern; Summer FL

The Opportunity

As an R&D Chemist Intern, you will collaborate with our R&D and Quality teams to support projects and special initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience in day-to-day laboratory operations. This experience may lead to future full‑time Lab Technician opportunities within an R&D laboratory or field Quality Control team.

• Work as part of the R&D team to execute department goals
• Work on special projects and initiatives in a laboratory setting
• Support laboratory testing work
• Prepare and maintain lab notes
• Assist in generating reports and presentations for the technical team

• Fulltime schedule (40 hours weekly)
• Internship Duration:
  May – August 2027 (12 weeks)
• Rotations: R&D Laboratory (technical training) & practical learning at factory locations
• Host Locations:
  Deerfield Beach FL, Calhoun GA, Swedesboro NJ, Garland, TX

• Hourly Pay rate up to $23.00 commensurate on role and location
• Housing stipends consideration, available in certain situations
• Mentorship and exposure to various technical, operational, and commercial teams
• Hands‑on field and business experience
• Permanent full‑time job opportunities after graduation

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field (juniors and seniors preferred)
• Initiative, curiosity, and an innovative mindset
• Strong motivation to learn and succeed
• Willingness to travel
