Our focus allows us to provide an elite level of guidance for our clients while also generating a consistent flow of leads for our agents.

- Provide expert guidance to clients on Medicare Supplement plan benefits

- Work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Utilize our CRM software to track and manage client interactions.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Be motivated to learn and take coaching for personal and professional development.
- Reliable and dedicated with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping seniors.
- Goal‑oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
