At Senior Healthcare Advisors, we are expanding our sales teams and looking for top talent to join us. With offices in Deerfield Beach, FL, and Pembroke Pines, FL, we specialize solely in Medicare Advantage Plans. Our focus allows us to provide an elite level of guidance for our clients while also generating a consistent flow of leads for our agents.

• Plenty of Call Volume:
  We ensure that our agents stay busy all year long, even during the slower seasons, with live transfer calls and inbound leads directly from prospects.
• No Cold Calling:
  Our team of fronters will keep calls coming, ensuring you focus solely on closing sales.
• Training & Support:
  New agents are not required to have Medicare Advantage sales experience, and we offer hands‑on training, certification assistance, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.
• Great Compensation:
  Agents start with an hourly base, with commissions and daily bonuses. Top agents are currently earning $2,000 - $3,200 weekly, which translates to $104,000 - $160,000 annually.

• Provide expert guidance to clients on Medicare Advantage plan benefits

• Meet and exceed sales targets with the support of our qualified lead generation system
• Work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Utilize our CRM software to track and manage client interactions

• Possess strong sales skills
• Pass background checks from our insurance carrier partners
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Reliable and dedicated with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping seniors
• Goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
