Worxweb Solutions is hiring Licensed ACA Insurance Agents for a growing health insurance organization in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on enrolling individuals and families into Affordable Care Act health plans using Health Sherpa within a structured, compliant call process.

This position is well-suited for licensed agents who want consistent weekday hours, a clear production-based pay structure, and the opportunity to build experience and income during the ACA Open Enrollment season.

An active Florida health insurance license (215 or 240) is required to be considered for this role.

• Enroll customers into ACA health plans using the Health Sherpa platform.
• Follow a structured and compliant call process on every interaction.
• Provide clear and professional service to customers throughout the enrollment process.
• Handle calls efficiently and maintain accurate records of all activity.
• Follow up with clients as needed to complete enrollments.
• Adhere to all ACA regulations and compliance guidelines at all times.

• Active Florida health insurance license, 215 or 240, is required.
