, your role is to take our service and offerings to the next level, connecting with restaurants, hotels, country clubs, and culinary professionals to provide them with our premium meats and seafood. With our 24/7, 365-day service model
, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ needs are always met—whenever they need us.

Position Summary
:

As a Sales Representative, you will leverage your existing knowledge of Politis’s premium products and industry reputation to build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients. You’ll have the opportunity to influence growth by driving sales of our USDA Prime beef, fresh seafood.

Key Responsibilities
:

• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients in the food service, hospitality, and culinary sectors, including chefs, restaurant owners, hotels, and country clubs.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on your understanding of client needs and Politis’s premium offerings, such as the USDA Prime, seafood options.
• Effectively communicate the value of our products, quality standards, and sourcing practices, sharing your expertise and experience to instill confidence in clients.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure successful agreements that meet the needs of both the customer and Politis.
• Monitor client satisfaction and follow up on sales opportunities, leveraging CRM (Hub-spot) tools to ensure timely communication and organized tracking of opportunities.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations to ensure products are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
• Stay ahead of market trends by keeping up-to-date on competitor offerings, seasonal availability, and new culinary trends to provide clients with expert recommendations.

Achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring long-term client retention.

• $400 monthly car allowance to cover travel expenses.

Qualifications
:

Proven experience with Politis Steak & Seafood products and services, giving you a solid foundation for excelling in this new role.

Strong existing relationships with food service and hospitality professionals
.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Results-driven, with the ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities.

Comfortable with a 24/7, 365 service model and dedicated to ensuring that client needs are met around the clock.

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regionally as required.
