Product Promoter

MSI is seeking a driven Product Promoter to join our Sales & Business Development team focused on the construction industry. In this field-based role, you will promote MSI's cutting-edge hardware and solutions to contractors, builders, and construction firms. Responsibilities include conducting onsite demos, driving new business, managing a sales pipeline, and cultivating strong customer relationships. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute market insights, and help shape innovative go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Promote MSI products and solutions to contractors, builders, and construction firms within assigned territory.
• Conduct onsite demos, presentations, and site visits to showcase product benefits and technical capabilities.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Sales & Business Development teams to execute go-to-market plans and campaigns.
• Gather market feedback and competitive insights to inform product positioning and improvements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, reporting regularly on performance metrics and territory activity.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and post-sale support.
