• Carrying out research to find problems and developing solutions.
• Looking after the maintenance of equipment and infrastructure; assisting in the installation of new advanced technologies and interpreting the research team’s requirements.
• Testing installed machines for performance and safety.
• Maintaining reports and handing them to senior and concerned employees.
• Assuming additional responsibilities as they arise.
• Managing technical work at the field level even with minimal supervision.
• Working in adverse settings and climatic conditions.
• Diagnosing problems with existing equipment and fixing them.
• Interpreting technical issues through non‑technical descriptions.
• Communicating fluently with customers and possessing good customer service skills.
• Possessing strong logical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Must understand work directions and communicate effectively with job site foremen, supervisors, and fellow employees.
• Must be able to work eight (8) to ten (10) hours per day, performing work outdoors in all types of weather, including extreme heat.
• Job requires standing, kneeling, lifting up to sixty (60) pounds, pulling, squatting, and walking; maintaining constant awareness of the jobsite’s concurrent activities.
• Willingness and ability to perform manual work.
