• Assist construction superintendents on active job sites with general carpentry support and project tasks
• Handle service and warranty work, including repairs, punch‑list items, and troubleshooting issues after project completion

• Diagnose and resolve field issues independently, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills
• Travel between multiple job sites using a company‑provided truck and fuel card

• Self‑sufficient, proactive, and able to identify and solve problems independently
• Willingness to support both construction teams and warranty operations as needed

• Hourly rate of $35, resulting in an annual salary approximately up to $73,000 depending on hours worked
• Company truck and fuel card provided
