Initially, you'll team up with a more experienced technician to train in the knowledge and skills you'll need to perform. Once you're up to speed, you'll be the face of the company and critical in providing an excellent experience to our customers.

You'll provide crucial services for our clients' homes and families. These are the things you'll be responsible for:

· Customer communication:
You'll meet customers who contact us to help them solve problems in their homes with their water and plumbing systems.

· Problem diagnosis:
Once you've thoroughly investigated and diagnosed the problem, you'll offer the homeowner options to resolve it.

· Full-house plumbing inspections:
You'll offer and conduct full-house plumbing inspections and discover other problems or potential issues. Nobody likes to call a plumber, so our customers appreciate our proactive suggestions to solve important problems before they happen.

· Providing repair and maintenance services:
You'll team up with other authorized plumbers on our team who will do the work that only an authorized professional is allowed to perform.
