Software & AI Implementation Specialist

Straticon is seeking a hands‑on Software & AI Implementation Specialist to own the technology side of our business.

This is a builder's role for someone who can evaluate and roll out new software, then go further—developing AI-powered tools and automations that make our operations faster and smarter. You will work across departments to identify friction points and turn them into practical technology solutions.

• Implement construction and business software, including project management, estimating, scheduling, accounting integrations, and field reporting tools.
• Lead configuration, data migration, and rollout of new platforms.
• Train staff on new tools and create simple documentation and guides.
• Maintain and improve existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and serve as the internal escalation point for tech support.

• Identify repetitive, high‑friction workflows across departments and find ways to automate them.
• Develop and deploy AI tools using no‑code, low‑code, and other AI platforms.
• Build automations that connect systems and eliminate manual handoffs.
• Stay current on AI tools relevant to the construction industry and bring actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Measure the impact of tools built and iterate based on real‑world feedback.

• Experience implementing and supporting business software or technology platforms.
• Hands‑on experience building automations or AI‑assisted workflows.
• Comfortable connecting systems and working with integrations between software platforms.
• Ability to translate operational pain points into practical technology solutions without requiring extensive technical guidance.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally and training non‑technical staff on new systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and present recommendations clearly to leadership.

This is a newly created role with the opportunity to shape how technology is used across Straticon. You will not be limited to keeping existing systems running. You will help decide which platforms we adopt, build the AI tools and automations that remove friction from daily operations, and bring forward-looking recommendations directly to leadership.
