Dispatch Logistics Coordinator

Do you enjoy helping customers and want to support an essential function within the construction industry? We are seeking an organized, high-energy Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team onsite in Deerfield Beach, FL. In this role, you will facilitate key customer relationships by taking orders, scheduling drivers, and managing a high volume of driver and vendor calls to ensure timely, cost-effective transportation and smooth daily operations.

Our ideal candidate should have dispatch/ customer support experience and industry experience from the trade service industry including construction, hvac, plumbing etc.

• Pay Range: $22.00 / hour (Dependent on experience)
• Pay Range: $21.5 - $22 per hour

• Receive and process incoming customer orders over the phone, delivering excellent service and clear communication on delivery expectations.
• Direct a heavy flow of inbound and outbound phone calls with drivers, field operators, and vendors to deliver real-time route updates and scheduling changes.
• Coordinate daily shipments, schedule driver routes, and dynamically adjust transit plans to prevent operational delays and maximize efficiency.
• Act as the main point of contact to troubleshoot driver challenges on the road, address delivery delays, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Log dispatch metrics, compile daily workflow reports, and track delivery performance to help streamline team operations.
