$22–$24 hourly, based on performance. Weekly pay with no delays. Shift options: 1st (4:15AM) or 2nd (4:15PM) – 5‑day week, with occasional weekends.

This hands‑on role focuses on unloading tractor‑trailers, breaking down and restacking pallets, and moving 25–65lb loads with powered equipment as needed. You will operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks (training provided). Work occurs in a fast‑paced warehouse and temperatures ranging from 32°F to 90°F.

• Lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and squat throughout the shift
• Handle 25–65lb cases and move 50–200+ pallets daily
• Work in temperatures from 32°F to 90°F
• Must hear and respond to speech, alarms, and safety alerts in moderate to loud environments

• Shift availability: 1st (4:15AM) or 2nd (4:15PM) until complete, 5‑day workweek with occasional weekends
• Warehouse experience preferred (order picking, forklift, etc.) but not required
• Able to lift, walk, bend, and twist most of the workday
• Strong communication skills and team‑player attitude
• Reliable and willing to work scheduled shifts
• Basic math and attention to detail
• English speaking, reading, and writing for effective communication
• Follow directions and work safely
• Respectful and professional with others
• Ability to work well in a team environment
