Accounting Auditor

The Accounting Auditor will review, reconcile, and correct payment data in our new financial system.

• Audit historical and current payment records
• Reconcile accounts payable ledgers across multiple locations
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicate payments, and misapplied transactions
• Ensure accuracy of payment data within the new system
• Quickly learn internal accounting workflows and ERP structures
• Correct errors, misapplications, or inconsistencies in migrated data
• Ensure all payments are properly reflected in the updated system
• Adhere to accounting standards and internal controls
• Support audit readiness for internal or external reviews
• Recommend improvements to prevent future discrepancies

• 1+ years of accounting, auditing, or reconciliation experience
• Comfortability with accounting software
• Ability to find discrepancies and correct errors
