• Holistic Advisory:
  Provide proactive consulting and tax strategy for a diverse portfolio, including closely held businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Specialized Expertise:
  Lead tax engagements across various industries such as Real Estate, Healthcare, Cannabis, and Nonprofit accounting.
• Strategic Leadership:
  Identify long-term financial goals for clients and assemble the perfect team to execute practical, forward-thinking solutions.
• Collaborative Review:
  Direct the preparation and review of complex federal and state tax returns, ensuring integrity and technical excellence at every turn.
• Team Development:
  Mentor and develop staff members, fostering a culture of innovation and "out-of-the-box" thinking to help clients avoid potential pitfalls.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience:
  
  7+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax services and business consulting.
• Licensure:
  An active CPA license is required.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Deep familiarity with the tax needs of medical practices, real estate firms, or the restaurant industry is a major plus.
• Technical Savvy:
  Comfort utilizing modern technological tools to provide tailored business solutions.
• Communication:
  The ability to listen and offer focused personal advice that goes beyond just telling a client what they did last year.
