Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion
- Oversee engagement budgets, timelines, staffing, and deliverables
- Review work papers, financial statements, and related reports for accuracy and compliance
- Supervise, mentor, and develop senior and staff-level team members
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships
- Identify opportunities to expand services and add value to clients
- Collaborate across teams and industry groups to deliver high-quality client outcomes
- Participate in firm initiatives, process improvements, and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Active CPA license required
- 6+ years of public accounting experience
- Prior experience at the Manager level preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards (GAAP)
- Industry experience in areas such as real estate, construction, or middle-market businesses is a plus
- Proven leadership, project management, and client service skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within the firm
