Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion
• Oversee engagement budgets, timelines, staffing, and deliverables
• Review work papers, financial statements, and related reports for accuracy and compliance
• Supervise, mentor, and develop senior and staff-level team members
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships
• Identify opportunities to expand services and add value to clients
• Collaborate across teams and industry groups to deliver high-quality client outcomes
• Participate in firm initiatives, process improvements, and special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Active CPA license required
• 6+ years of public accounting experience
• Prior experience at the Manager level preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards (GAAP)
• Industry experience in areas such as real estate, construction, or middle-market businesses is a plus
• Proven leadership, project management, and client service skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within the firm
