Audit Supervisor

The Opportunity:

• Hybrid schedule + year-round flexibility
• Summer Fridays
• Direct interaction with clients, Managers & Partners
• Lead, train & mentor audit staff
• Manage engagements from planning through final deliverables
• Primary focus on Employee Benefit Plan audits & privately held/for-profit clients

• 5–7+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Employee Benefit Plan audit experience/knowledge strongly preferred
• Experience leading engagements & reviewing staff work
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• Some tax knowledge/exposure is a plus

I'm partnering with a Top 25 CPA firm in Chicagoland and Top 200 firm nationally that's looking to add an Audit Supervisor to its growing team.
