Audit Senior / Supervisor, Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) Audit
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

- Lead and execute audits for employee benefit plan clients, ensuring compliance with ERISA and DOL requirements
- Manage for profit audit engagements from planning through completion
- Review work papers and supervise staff on audit fieldwork
- Communicate directly with clients on audit findings, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify risk areas and apply appropriate audit procedures
- Minimum 3 to 5+ years of prior public accounting firm experience
- Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audit experience
- For profit audit experience
- Strong understanding of GAAS and audit methodology
- CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification
- Experience managing or mentoring junior staff, if operating at the Supervisor level
