Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

- Own month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and core accounting operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and analyze variances, trends, and key financial results
- Manage deferred revenue and revenue recognition processes within Net Suite ARM
- Oversee multi-state sales and use tax compliance, filings, and state registrations
- Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy across accounting-related transactions
- Drive process improvements and support financial reporting needs across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience - deferred revenue experience is required
- Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience
- Net Suite experience preferred, including exposure to ARM/revenue recognition processes
$80K-$100K
