Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 + Bonus + Equity Opportunity

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee accruals, accounts payable, payroll-related accounting, and debt accounts.
• Review account reconciliations and support financial statement preparation.
• Partner on SOX compliance, internal controls improvements, and audit support.
• Manage and mentor two operational accounting team members.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong cost accounting exposure.
• Inventory accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in publicly traded companies or a mix of public and private environments.
• Background utilizing large ERP systems such as Great Plains, Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
