Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support while assisting with various administrative, operational, and client-service functions. This individual will serve as a key resource to leadership and play an important role in ensuring daily operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to executive leadership and senior team members
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with billing activities, invoice processing, and payment follow-up
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and client-facing documents
- Process and organize confidential client documentation
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics
- Support special projects and deadline-driven initiatives
- Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks as needed
- 3-15 years of administrative support experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Excel proficiency
- Experience supporting executives or senior leadership preferred
- Professional services, accounting, financial services, legal, insurance, or similar industry experience is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
