Administrative Assistant, Sales

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional administrative support to the team, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
• Manage expense reports and time entry on behalf of team members.
• Coordinate and arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including booking rooms, arranging IT requirements, and coordinating catering (coffee/lunch).
• Assist with planning and logistics for large sales meetings and customer events.
• Prepare and submit invoices and support sales contract administration.
• Draft and send communications on behalf of the team, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Support general office coordination, including organizing team lunches and events.
• Represent the team in a personable and professional manner in all interactions.

• An Associate or College certificate or equivalent training in Business, Communication or another related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience providing comprehensive and confidential administration support for management.

The salary range for this role, in Deerfield Corporate office location, is between $43,400 - $68,090. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
