The Manager, Pricing Strategy will develop and implement pricing strategies for spare parts and services worldwide, leveraging a strong understanding of value‑based accounting principles. This role blends analytical acumen, business insight, and collaboration to drive revenue growth and profitability.

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for spare parts and services aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions and develop total cost of ownership models.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—sales, marketing, product management—to ensure strategies align with business objectives.

• Apply VBA principles to drive pricing decisions, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Develop and maintain pricing models that reflect the value of spare parts and services.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to inform pricing decisions.

• Create and maintain pricing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify pricing opportunities.
• Provide data‑driven insights to inform decisions and drive revenue growth.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders—sales, marketing, product management—to ensure strategies align with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
• Communicate pricing strategies and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes and workflows.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement changes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of value‑based accounting principles and their application in pricing decisions.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to present complex information to senior leadership.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of global markets and competitors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Preferred: certification in pricing or finance, such as CPM or CFA.
• Experience working in a global organization, with knowledge of international markets and competitors.
• Familiarity with pricing software and tools, such as pricing analytics platforms.

Baxter is committed to supporting flexible work arrangements, requiring a minimum of three days onsite per week to facilitate collaboration.

Estimated base salary $112,000 – $154,000 annually, adjusted for market data, location, skills, and experience.
