We are looking for someone passionate about building long‑term partnerships and making them highly successful. You will be the face of FBIN for our largest partners, helping businesses transform how they work with us, our customers, and users. You will gain a deep understanding of the partnerships you create and manage—at all levels from tactical to strategic—and create a vision that inspires customers to transform using Fortune Brands Connected products.

In this role you will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to create plans for solutions and new use cases and then help drive the execution of the solution.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the formation of business partnerships and negotiation of contracts.
  • Contribute to FBIN’s planning and execution of strategy to increase customers and sales.
  • Own the process of moving partner relationships from initial contact through development throughout the partner organization.
  • Negotiate and close strategic partnerships, integrating the FBIN leadership team as needed.
  • Interface with product management, engineering, marketing, and other teams to aid in the success of the business.
  • Track FBIN integration progress and KPIs.
  • Drive new revenue opportunities through new partnerships and/or new technologies.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing customers and partners.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Qualifications
  • 3‑5 years’ experience as a Director in Corporate or Business Development at an e‑commerce company.
  • Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and closing strategic partnerships with Fortune 1,000 companies.
  • Proven track record of seamless integration with an entire organization (e.g., products, engineering, marketing).
  • Creative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.
  • Strong integrity, honesty, and accountability.
  • Ability to quickly connect and influence the right people, both inside and outside the organization.
  • Customer empathy and deep understanding of business needs.
