Business Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a temporary Business Analyst to assist a large retail/healthcare client in Deerfield, IL. They will perform work order spend analytics to analyze repair and maintenance spend including sites, regions, providers, categories, problem types, and priority levels. Responsible for identifying trends and making recommendations to the team management aimed at lowering overall costs, driving operational efficiency, standardizing processes and improving quality throughout the enterprise.

Responsibilities include assisting with developing and implementing program strategies to meet Stakeholder needs, developing and assessing benchmarking metrics to measure performance or energy consumption, working with business owners and stakeholders to review and help prioritize suggested improvements, system enhancements, and resolutions, identifying and developing data sources to support business requirements/KPI's, including measurement analytics and end user reporting, working with stakeholders to identify functional business requirements and develop process diagrams where needed to drive improvements, maintaining data sets while staying abreast of business trends and demands, and developing processes to validate data accuracy and integrity.
