Job Summary
Kids and families are at the heart of everything we do. The Tour & Experiences Program Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing tours, unique donor experiences, and engagement opportunities that showcase how communities are involved in Children’s advancing our mission. This role sets standards, best practices, and operating procedures for hosting external stakeholders, primarily prospective and current volunteers, benefactors and advocates.
The candidate will lead logistics for tours, donor experiences, support in‑kind giving donor experience, and manage projects and cross‑functional work groups that enhance donor connections across the system.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute tours and unique donor experiences.

- Partner closely with philanthropy, program, and operational teams to deliver seamless, high‑quality experiences aligned with engagement strategies and health system priorities.
- Develop and enforce standards, best practices, and operating procedures for inviting and hosting external stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams and functions; manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Use donor/CRM systems and standard office tools to support event operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (nonprofit management, communications, hospitality, business, healthcare, or related) or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related field.
- Professional experience in patient care delivery preferred.
- Experience working in a healthcare or nonprofit environment.
- Experience designing or supporting high‑touch donor, customer or patient experiences.
- Experience coordinating events, tours, or complex logistics.
- Strong organizational and project‑management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.
- Customer‑service mindset with focus on delivering high‑quality experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Proficiency with standard office tools and donor/CRM systems.
