Principal Process Manager – Fee Billing

• Oversee the daily intake, setup, and validation of fee billing forms.
• Ensure timely and accurate fee mapping for transactions.
• Reconcile daily outputs against internal pricing schedules and partner contracts to ensure billing integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement in billing accuracy, cycle time, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fee setups align with contractual terms.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex billing discrepancies and pricing exceptions.
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation for all fee setups, including contract packets, enforms, and validation logs.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance to junior analysts and contractors, reviewing their setups and offering coaching on fee standards and billing logic.
• Lead knowledge‑sharing sessions and contribute to desk procedures and SOPs.
• Work on large and small scale projects that have a direct impact on the company.
• Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalation as needed.
• Plan, design, manage and execute plans to ensure delivery, including feasibility, design, planning and implementation.
• Leverage problem‑solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation.
• Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive process delivery.
• Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
• Identify ways to improve and streamline business process.
• Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.
• Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands.
• Display strong consulting and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience
• At least 5 years of Process Management experience

• Masters or MBA degree
• At least 7 years of Process Management experience

McLean, VA: $108,900 – $124,300;
Houston, TX: $98,900 – $112,900;
Riverwoods, IL: $98,900 – $112,900. The role is eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
