The Enterprise Language Accessibility (ELA) team is a horizontal function responsible for servicing multilingual needs across the enterprise. It supports customer touchpoints by working with partners across the company’s diversified lines of business.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Manager to join our team. This specialized role bridges translation industry knowledge with robust project management expertise. The Process Manager will drive the end-to-end delivery of high-quality translation content across the enterprise, ensuring seamless communication, and optimizing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and ensure the consistent delivery of high‑quality translation services across the organization.
  • Apply and enforce standardized processes and tools to maintain excellence in all translation projects.
  • Identify opportunities for and drive continuous process improvements to enhance team efficiency and output.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and proactive communication with cross‑functional stakeholders regarding project status, best practices, and system updates.
  • Facilitate and manage meetings effectively to ensure stakeholder alignment and seamless project execution.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in translation project management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business process, project, relationship, or risk management.
  • At least 2 years of experience using Computer‑Assisted Translation (CAT) tools.
  • At least 2 years of experience with emerging translation and interpretation technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Relevant professional certifications (Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, BPM, or PMP).
  • At least 2 years of experience working within legal, banking, or business services sectors.
  • Knowledge of design tools (InDesign, Figma, Illustrator).
  • Professional proficiency in one or more foreign languages (Spanish, French, Chinese, Japanese, etc.).
  • Attention to detail, responsive, and organized.
  • A quick learner with a proven ability to adapt to new software and internal systems.
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Process‑driven with a commitment to adhering to established organizational standards.
  • Strong interest in existing and emerging translation and interpretation trends.

Compensation

Richmond, VA: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Process Manager
New York, NY: $96,900 - $110,600 for Sr. Process Manager
Riverwoods, IL: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Process Manager
McLean, VA: $88,800 - $101,300 for Sr. Process Manager

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
