Director, Strategic Consulting

Lundbeck seeks a Director, Strategic Consulting to lead high impact initiatives in Biotechnology within our Business Development & Strategic Planning team. Based in Deerfield, IL, you will shape portfolio strategy, assess external opportunities, and guide executive decision making across brain disease therapeutics. The role partners with R&D, medical, and commercial leaders to deliver data driven insights, market assessments, and transaction support.

You will manage a small consulting team, drive cross functional alignment, and ensure recommendations reflect Lundbeck's culture of integrity, innovation, and ethical, patient focused growth.
