Key Responsibilities- Document Management
- Project Invoicing
- Project Lien Waiver Processing
- Inventory Record Maintenance
- Weekly & Monthly Payroll Reports
- Monthly Union Reports
- Monthly Project Insurance Reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Professional communication skills
- Administrative, construction, project coordination, or accounting experience is a plus
