  You will sit within the Network Strategy & Brand organization on a dedicated "SWAT Pod". The team is a flexible problem-solving pod working directly with the head of the Network and the Network Leadership Team on urgent, cross-functional challenges.
• Core Operating Model Focus:
  You will help bring structure to three areas:
  Structure (roles and strategic intent ownership), Process (cross-cutting workflows and governance), and People (skills, job families, and geo strategy).
• Bridging Strategy to Execution:
  The goal isn't just writing strategy decks—it’s doing the analytical and alignment work needed to get business leaders on the same page and move projects into action.

• Executive Exposure:
  You will regularly frame options, lead working sessions, and align recommendations directly with members of the Network Leadership Team.
• Broad Payments & Network Domain Knowledge:
  You will get a crash course in how a global network functions—getting into the details of commercial models, risk interactions, and product prioritization.
