Job Summary
Supports Business to Business (B2B) Marketing activities that implement specific marketing automation, design, and digital marketing to enable the Walgreens Growth team. Work is received in short‑term assignments that require some application of independent judgment and operates within the context of defined procedures.
Job Responsibilities- Support B2B marketing automation program for the enterprise to drive success in marketing goals for lead generation and client engagement.
- Responsible for supporting business unit users of Pardot, including building programs, developing lead scoring routing, evaluating data flows and creating templates used across the organization.
- Complete Pardot requests in collaboration with the B2B marketing team and external agencies.
- Support complex QA requests for all business unit and corporate marketing users to ensure compliance with brand standards, best practices, and error‑free communications.
- Support HTML build on landing pages, templates, and emails.
- Develop and maintain training and support documentation.
- Apply a collaborative approach in executing solutions for business use cases and requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalates appropriately.
- Support B2B web and social content calendars, including submitting tickets for workflow changes.
- Support integration with Salesforce, including marketing influence reporting and dashboard building.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to accomplish activities and interact with internal and external peers and managers to exchange information related to assigned activities.
- Gather and update necessary information and communicate to appropriate parties.

BasicQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR high school / GED and at least 3 years of experience in merchandising, marketing, eCommerce, strategy, healthcare, analytics, finance, and/or operations.
- Experience using time‑management skills such as prioritizing, organizing, and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Willingness to travel up to or at least 10 percent of the time for business purposes (within-state and out-of-state).
- Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community, and with vendors.
- Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve project goals and objectives).
- Experience with Pardot (or similar marketing automation software) and Salesforce (or similar CRM).
- Experience with design (Photoshop and/or Adobe InDesign as well as basic HTML).
- Knowledge of B2B marketing.
