  • Develop and lead regular training and onboarding sessions for new employees, develop SOPs for key processes, MS Office reporting integrations, and ensure our professional staff has the necessary documentation and information to effectively utilize the system.
  • Integrate new acquisitions into the company’s reporting process and system, including financial system mapping and coordination with IT to establish necessary connections with ERP systems.
  • Develop and meticulously maintain the One Stream chart of accounts, all hierarchies and other system dimensionality to ensure extensibility, flexibility and accuracy in reporting across multiple stakeholder groups while rigorously protecting the integrity of historical GAAP financial data.
  • Manage One Stream licensing to ensure compliance with licensing agreements and business user needs while minimizing costs.
  • Support ERP implementation/enhancement activities to ensure continuity of direct system connections to the One Stream system.
  • Implement, maintain, and strengthen internal controls and documentation.
  • Research, recommend and lead efforts to enhance the utilization of One Stream into the overall business operations, including the planned implementation of account reconciliations functionality, AI analytics, workflow management, and system structure.
