Payroll Specialist

• Provide centralized payroll support for multi‑state operations, including the processing of bi‑weekly payroll for Hawaii and Colorado entities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state tax laws, reporting requirements, and labor regulations.
• Respond to internal inquiries, support audit activities, and collaborate with Human Resources and Finance teams.
• Leverage experience, knowledge, and research to resolve payroll matters effectively with minimal supervision.
• Be available to work onsite at our Waikiki office on a full‑time basis.

• 1–2 years of payroll experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and decision‑making skills.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet payroll deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Base pay starts at $75,000 – $80,000, with potential for higher compensation based on factors such as skill, experience, and education.
