- FINRA Sponsorship:
Provided for required FINRA licensing. - Preliminary Employment Period (PEP):

- Base Salary:
After successfully completing PEP, eligible to become a 20th Edition RBG financial professional with an annual salary ($24,000). - Commissions and Bonus:
In addition to an annual salary, RBG financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonus. - Benefits Eligibility:
