I’m working with a growing, entrepreneurial company in the Chicago suburbs looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner closely with senior leadership and help drive business decisions through financial analysis and insight.
This is a high-visibility role with responsibility for:- Budgeting, forecasting & financial modeling
- Variance and scenario analysis
- Process and system improvements
- Strategic financial analysis and decision support
BS degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA/CPA, 5+ years of FP&A/finance experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities
The opportunity:Up to $155K base + 15% bonus
1 day WFH
