• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly processed and recorded.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, providing exceptional customer service.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff.

• Strong background in hospitality and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations.
• Proficiency in front desk procedures, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
• Ability to perform night audit functions accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of P.E.P. PMS software and hotel management systems is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to foster positive guest interactions.
