Manager of Talent Management

Overview

LaSalle Network is hiring a to step in immediately and stabilize a critical performance management function for a large, global organization. This is a contract role with potential to convert for the right candidate and is ideal for someone who has owned performance management programs end to end and thrives in fast-moving, execution-heavy environments.

• Own and execute the performance management cycle, including goal setting and year-end reviews
• Serve as the internal expert for HRSoft, partnering with the vendor on configuration and enhancements
• Test workflows, validate data and troubleshoot system issues
• Support change efforts, including preparation for a future technology transition
• Assist with training and enablement for leaders and employees

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Management or Performance Management
• Direct experience owning performance management programs
• Hands-on HRSoft experience required
• Strong systems and data mindset
• Experience working with HR technology vendors
• Background in mid-size to large, global organizations
• Willingness to roll up sleeves in an interim role

• $55–$65/hour compensation
