Advanced Clinical is seeking a Talent Coordinator in Deerfield, Illinois. This role supports consultants throughout their assignments by ensuring a positive experience through onboarding support, assignment tracking, and performance follow-ups. The Talent Coordinator will also assist with interview preparations and administrative tasks within the Client Relationship Management team.
The ideal candidate should have an Associate's degree and 1-2 years of experience in staffing or HR. Strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems are preferred.
